Hotels are ranked based on a combination of verified data quality, traveler review scores, review volume, traveler-fit signals (e.g. family-friendly, business-ready), and the recency of profile updates. We do not allow pay-to-rank in organic results.
HotellyHub is a discovery and intelligence platform — we surface verified profiles and links to the hotel's own booking channels and trusted booking partners. We do not act as the merchant of record.
Yes. Use the Save button on any hotel card to bookmark, and the Compare button to add hotels to a side-by-side comparison drawer. You can compare up to 4 hotels at once on amenities, ratings, distance and best-for tags.
Find your hotel on HotellyHub, click "Claim This Hotel", and complete the verification flow. Verification typically requires a domain-matching email or a phone confirmation against the listed property contact. Most claims are approved within 1–2 business days.
Yes. A standard verified profile is free. We offer optional paid tiers (Featured Profile, Boosted Visibility) that give your hotel additional reach across destination pages and similar-hotel recommendations.
Yes. Once your hotel is claimed, you can publicly reply to reviews from your Owner Dashboard. Replies are timestamped and labeled "From the hotel" so travelers can see your response in context.
We aggregate from licensed sources (e.g. Google, Tripadvisor) and from direct guest contributions verified by stay confirmation. Every review on the platform is labeled with its source so you can judge its weight.
Yes. Use the flag icon on any review to submit a report. Our integrity team reviews flags within 5 business days. Reviews that violate our policies (fake, off-topic, contains personal data) are removed.
Featured slots are available via paid placement and are clearly labeled "Featured". You can apply from your Owner Dashboard. Eligibility requires a Verified Profile and a minimum data-completeness score of 80%.
Core profile data (amenities, photos, policies) refreshes whenever the hotel updates it. Aggregated review data and rating scores refresh weekly. Pricing signals refresh daily.
Yes. We work with travel media, OTA partners and content publishers via our affiliate and data licensing programs. Reach out at partners@hotellyhub.com with a short description of your audience or use case.
Press inquiries should go to press@hotellyhub.com. We respond to vetted media requests within 2 business days and can provide brand assets, executive quotes, and data points on hotel trends.
