Hotel profiles on HotellyHub are compiled from public information, partner feeds and direct owner submissions. Hotels may claim their profile to manage information. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness of any listing.
4. Reviews & User Content
By submitting reviews, photos or other content, you grant HotellyHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute and aggregate that content on the platform.
You must own the rights to anything you submit and must not post false, defamatory, harmful or unlawful content.
5. Accuracy of Information
While we work with hotels and trusted sources to keep profiles accurate, pricing, availability, and amenities can change. Always confirm critical details directly with the hotel before booking.
6. Third-party Links
HotellyHub may link to third-party websites (e.g. booking partners, hotel websites). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HotellyHub and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Account Rules
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity performed under your account. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to us immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on the platform and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
